I am still trying to find a resolution for this... if one exists at all.
Appsense does not resolve this and i have spoken to their technical support
about it as well.
Has anyone resolved this security hole ?

Hello there,
Is it possible to stop users from specifying UNC paths in application dialog
boxes ?
I.E stopping users saving a document / file to a local drive by using UNC
paths from within Notepad , Word , Excel etc etc
Client drive mapping is disabled and it isnt always possible to control the
webica.ini on unmanaged devices.
I cant remember if this is possible or not. I thought it was but after doing
some searches maybe i was wrong.
