Steve,

I will take special notice of this, thank for the heads up. Even though I
can't imagine it being the first server because we have about 150 of these
device's which are load balanced across the Farm. I haven't detected a
pattern in this. We recently re-installed all TS-licenses, deleted the
bucketfiles on all TS-Boxes and ran a TSCalDEL snapin on the WBT's. So
licensing should be ok now...(also difficult because users don't always
report this issue..)

@Rob, Thanks for the input, the issue you seem to remind seems exactly to be
my problem. I hope your colleague can reach that deep into his brain to dig
this on up..!

TIA

Aleks

Aleks,

It sounds like you are logging into your published app from the published
desktop. If so, then the licensing issue might be with your first server,
not the WBT. This could also explain why it isn't consistent. When you
connect to the "bad" server's desktop, it will not launch your app. However,
if you connect to a "good" server's desktop, it works.

See if you can identify a "bad" server (or servers) and delete the license
from its registry.

HTH,

Raff
