No.

But, my customer would rather suffer that than Sasser. There's only a
couple Neowares, and those people can use a workstation for right now.
Frankly, I also do not believe that I should not be able to patch for a
severe vulnerability because I want to run a common function in Windows.

So somebody needs to get off their butt and fix it... and I can't. :-)

I'm really trying to be patient here, and my customer is being great
about it... but man! I've exhausted pretty much all I know, and drained
the brains of several other techs / support engineers... and still come
up with nothing, other than that.

Have you tried to remove the Sasser patch to see if the problem goes
away?

It's weird.

I've noticed if I set the Neowares back to factory default, they can
connect
one time. After that, never again... I have to reset back to defaults. I
have
an older Neoware that works fine, and older clients that work fine as
well...
so it does not seem to be a problem with TS Licensing... I don't
-think-.

Like suddenly there is some problem with a Capio 620 on CE 6.0.3 and the
sasser
worm patch. Argh.

Deleting the complete mslicensing key won't matter....I'm in the same
sh*t....haven't called m$ yet (I'm nearly bold anyway).
I tried to delete the mslicensign key from a pc but with no luck

Have you deleted the entire mslicensing reg key on the client? Is the TS
licensing server hard coded into the registry of the terminal =3D3D3D
server?=3D3D3D3D20

I've seen some issues posted re: the Sasser patch and Terminal Services
Licensing. =3D3D3D3D20

After a client of ours applied the patch, they could no longer connect =
=3D
=3D3D
=3D3D3D to
the Terminal Server with a device that did not already have a CAL (not a
cow,
like I'm having right now). Seeing the event id "The Terminal =3D3D3D =
=3D
Server
could
not issue a client license."

=3D3D3D3D20

I've deleted the Certificate, X509 Certificate, X509 Certificate ID =3D
=3D3D3D
values
in the registry with no go. I've also reinstalled and re-issued licenses
=3D3D3D
for Terminal Server Licensing. It shows them all as available, and none
=3D3D3D
issued out. TS License Server & Terminal Server are on the same subnet,
and =3D3D3D
have connectivity between eachother. Licensing *is* installed on a
Windows =3D3D
=3D3D3D 2000 DC, and dcdiag brings back no errors. While spending 4 =
hours =3D
on
the
=3D3D3D phone with Microsoft yesterday, I still haven't gotten the issue
resolved... =3D3D =3D3D3D and we are continuing it today.

=3D3D3D3D20

Has anybody seen any other possible resolutions other than the two =
=3D3D3D
listed
above?

=3D3D3D3D20

I'm 22 years old, and going gray. Or bald. I'm not sure which one will =
=3D
=3D3D
=3D3D3D be
first at this rate. :-)
