Scott,
there was a similar thread running on this some time ago, and there was no
real answers given.

One of the most thought provoking comment was that the biggest pay rise is
generally gained when changing employers.

As an individual who has only had 3 employers in the last 27 years, I would
have to agree. Once you are in, it's really hard to secure that rise...they
can always find a reason to put it off.

Good Luck

  Subject: [THIN] Salary advice

For all you citrix admins out there. Im in the midwest and have been
working full time with a small company (about 40 users so far with 3
branches) for about 6 months now and since I've started I've set them up
with a thin client full citrix environment helping them to open two
additional branches with no problems whatsoever. I am now designing their
website (internet and intranet). I am the only IT guy. I started low since
they were so small and am planning on asking for a raise and don't want to
seem greedy. What would you say is the going salary rate for someone like
me? I don't have a degree but I do have the experience. Their business has
flurished since I've set them up with Citrix.

  Thanks for the advice...

  Scott
