Not quite what you ask for.
But you can make a GPO in wich you define apps allowed to run, or apps =

not allowed to run. In 2000 this only works on filenames, so if the user =
=3D
changes the name of the file, it wont work.

We've got an issue that we don't know how to resolve. One of our users =

attempted to download wmpmini.exe from Microsoft and by running it, =

brought the server down. It locked up and had to be manually rebooted. =
=3D
=3D3D
We verified this with a couple of test boxes. We're running W2K SP3 MF =
=3D
=3D3D
FR2 and FR3 (different servers). =3D3D20
Any ideas on how to completely stop this specific download, or a way to =
=3D
=3D3D
handle a unique downloaded file? Besides beating the user up...
Any help would be great.
