Hello!

One our MFXP (Windows 2000) servers currently shows a load of 100%. It's =

one winword.exe process who eats up all processor resources, and this=20
process belongs to a user who isn't logged in anymore! The session id of =

this winword.exe process doesn't even show in the session list of CMC, =
and=20
I'm not able to kill it (neither with task manager nor with =
Sysinternal's=20
pskill) - there always appears an "Access denied" error.

How can a process without a session happen? Is there a possibility to =
get=20
rid of this process (other than rebooting the server)?

With kind regards,
