Will the offending apps process be suspended if it increases over the 5% CPU 
threshold ?

I have accepted the default of 15 % for CPU threshold and 30 seconds for 
MainSampleTime. The offending app is set to 5%.

Hi Steve,

Did you use the default values for CpuThreshold and MainSampleTime ? Have you 
increased anything ? Just curious :-)

I haven't seen any problems stopping/starting during the day: net stop "thread 
master" works for me.  Do some tweaks then start it back up. -George
