I use a free tool calles "quick shadow" from Citrix. Really easu to use, all a auser have to do is to search for the user to shadow and click shadow. Much easier than CMC. I had to set up some user rights to get this done. I set it up once and it was a bit of a pain, but at least it's free. -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Steve Greenberg Sent: 11 December 2003 5:10 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Non-Admin Shadowing The new Citrix product "Conferencing Manager" is great for this. Instead of granting shadow rights to people you can set up conferences and email the invites for specific times and applications- highly recommended.... Steve Greenberg Thin Client Computing 34522 N. These users will not be administrators and I don't want to give them more permission than they need. Can anyone recommend the best way to do this? Thanks.
