I use a free tool calles "quick shadow" from Citrix.
Really easu to use, all a auser have to do is to search for the user to shadow
and click shadow. Much easier than CMC.
I had to set up some user rights to get this done.

You can also set this up in the CMC - you use policies to allow those users
limited admin rights to the CMC so they can shadow. I set it up once and it was
a bit of a pain, but at least it's free.

The new Citrix product "Conferencing Manager" is great for this. Instead of
granting shadow rights to people you can set up conferences and email the
invites for specific times and applications- highly recommended....

I want to allow some users to shadow other users, for example for training
purposes across sites.
These users will not be administrators and I don't want to give them more
permission than they need.
Can anyone recommend the best way to do this?
