Oke, lets start all over...... What's the error they see? Have you debugged the script? What os are you running? With what command does the error occur? You have given us NO information about your system configuration (NT 4 or win2k), service packs, hotfixes or even the version of kix. What is the error? Is there an entry in the event log?
