I had a similar problem just after installing FR2.
Check the registry, and see what i set to handle HTM/HTML files. FR2 changes
the registry so that a ServeFTA (or something like that) opens these files.
If you try to edit the registry to make it as it was before FR2 it just
changes it back.

I have a private hotfix for this issue. If you need it let me know, but try
to verify that this might be the issue.

I heard there was a reghack for this but I cannot find any documentation of
it.

When I have an IE window open and click a hyperlink in my Outlook, it will
not launch a second IE Window. I have to close the original to be able to
open the new window, or cut and paste into my browser. This hasn't been an
issue, until just recently I had a customer complain to me about it.

Does anyone know about this?
