Take a look at the file 'mapisvc.inf' and some registry-entries.
I tried making a regfile to fix some reg-entries, and it appeared on the
"Send To" list in MS Office.. note that this is a problem also with Office
97 which we uses so there is some possible difference
Then, in Word I choose Send to e-mail user, and the Notes fires up, but
don't opens a new mail.. and generates an error-message.
