[THIN] SSON thru ICA File

I have created an ICA file and turned on SSOn. It WAS working just fine. then
all of a sudden it will not work at all. Does anyone know why this would
happen? I used this article as a reference to setup the appsrv.ini and the ica
file that is being used.
