[THIN] SSL Error 21 with WI and CSG

I'm getting a "SSL Error 21" when trying to open a published application.
I haven't found any references to this anywhere. Any ideas?
Here is the setup:
W.I. and CSG running on the same Windows 2003 server in the DMZ. W.I. and
CSG loaded from the PS 3.0 CD's. The STA is on the LAN running on a
Windows 2003 server. CSG diagnostics report no problems.
