You could also try backing up just log if you have room on the server
then try to shrink it from within enterprise manager. If that does not
work I have some scripts that will shrink logs.

I would shrink the log file. List, am I right in saying this logfile
is the same as anyother database log file?
Something like this;
dbcc shrinkfile (logfilename, logfilesize)
backup log logfilename WITH TRUNCATE_ONLY
