[THIN] SQL Datastore server rebooting

Hi,
My Citrix datastore is hosted on a SQL server hosting other services.
The server in question is being rebooted nightly for one of those other
services. What is the impact to the Citrix farm and to the datastore
from such reboots?
I'm running MFXPe with FR 3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
