[THIN] SP4 Logon issues

Has there been any update released on improving the logon times after upgrading
MF boxes to SP4? I have a bunch of clients that are upgrading their boxes to
SP4 and our now complaining of the slow logons. Can SP4 be removed to restore
the settings and normal logon speed?
