I also tried that hotfix and with the same result, spooler service just kept
crashing.

I have the same problem with any document that is on a remote w2k drive.
For example, our Notes users' files are on our PDC. If they view an
attachment, the file is cached on the users' share on the PDC but they
cannot print it. If they save the attachment to their desktop, then they
can print it.
I've been assuming that it is the same problem as the SP3 redirected
printer issue (Q328020). I tried to install that patch, but it just caused
my entire print subsytem to crash. I had to uninstall it. My users are
just suffering through it right now. I reported my crash problems to
Microsoft in relation to Q328020, but they just said "watch the website and
see if a fix is released".
Maybe the problem isn't the same as Q328020? If you find a solution,
please let me know.

Has anyone come across a problem with W2K SP3 with regard to printing
hardcopies from SapGui ??
We recently applied SP3 to our Citrix servers and ever since the hardcopy
function has stopped working while within an ICA or RDP session. It works
fine when logged onto the console itself. It also seems to be only
affecting
users that print to HP LaserJets as users that use HP DeskJets are working
no problem....
We are publishing the Desktop rather than the app and are not using printer
redirection but instead standard W2K printing.
