Hi all, Upgrading to Symantec AntiVirus 8.0 has been a problem, so I've followed = the document ID 2002090414550048 at Symantec which asks you to switch to = remote administration mode, setup AV, then switch back to application = mode. I was feeling adventurous and followed these instructions only to = find that applications don't launch anymore. The server allows you to login, as the profile tries to load, but is = unable to launch the app (Word/IE). The CMC shows no changes, I retained = the ICA security settings throughout and I've tried republishing the = application. Is there a way to recover from this situation or is reinstall Citrix/restor= e from backup the only option? Error is: "Microsoft Word" failed start The Citrix server is unable to process your request to start this = published application at this time...etc. Cheers.
