[THIN] RootDrv.cmd

Running a NT4TSE.  Using chkroot to map "U:" drive to personal drive.  I
have 1 TSE which maps this correctly, they other newer box will not MAP the
drive.  I don't see the USRlogon,cmd run in background but if I add the
SUBST command and manually run it codes the variables correctly.  The
variables being %homedrive%%homepath%.

I thought maybe there was a permission issue so I made them the same and
even copied the contents of the app comp script folder over.  Not sure why
the variable doesn't code.
