[THIN] Rollup 3 for MFPS 3.0

Hello,

 

Has anyone had any issues installing the latest Rollup 3 for Metaframe 3.0?
The installer Errors out, but does not give any indication why.  Just
simply,  "The fix will not install".  Event logs show nothing other than the
installation reported an error.
