Check if your user has been created originally with a local profile on that server... is so, change it back to be roaming or delete it. I'm doing a roaming terminal server profile. I logged into 1 citrix of my 2 app servers. I opened a program which created an INI in their windows folder on that citrix server under that users profile. I logged off and that INI isn't in my roaming profile point.
