You can set a policy on your terminal servers to not include LOCAL SETTINGS
in the roaming profile - provided you have not re-directed the IE cache
and/or TEMP folder this should take care of things.

These suggestions appear meant to delete user profiles totally, is that
correct?

I would love to find one that clears out IE cache and application temp
folders in each user profile when they log off.
