Looks like a good one...is there a VPN involved? IPSEC overhead will
frag ICA packets to hell and back, causing dropped packets. Lowering the
MTU is the only fix i'm aware of (or get rid of the VPN tunell).

        Things I would look into:
         
        1) If you have alot of WAN clients, your router could be
dropping packets. This can happen for alot of reasons, but its a vicious
cycle. Router drops packets, servers retransmit which increases load,
which causes router to drop packets.
         
        2) Mismatched duplex settings can cause this, on occasion.
         
        How are you seeing the retransmissions? (IE are you sniffing,
and if so, where are you sniffing the traffic from in relation to the
server?

                Any seen a situation where Citrix causes a TON of
retransmits?  I am seeing nearly ever packet being retransmitted.  We
are now seeing slower links being unable to handle the load.
