[THIN] Retransmission

I have added the TcpMaxDataRetransmissions=5 entry and rebooted.
Same issue still seeing a great deal of retransmission. Remote connections
seem to be about 1/2 of all packets sent from server to client, are
retransmitted. This is frustrating.
Does not seem to affect anything local to our corporate campus. Must
something to do with link latency, but what, and how do I go about fixing
it?
