Hi guys,

I have one sales guy based in Miami USA, who connects using a CAG and
AAC to our offices in Dublin over the internet.

He has been experiencing disconnects al lot recently a few times a week
and when he tries to come back and log in it should pick up his session
again but it doesn't always do this in fact most of the time he can't
get back in again.

I'm running XenApp5 on 2003 server and AAC 4.5 Patch 5 and 4.6 CAG. No
other remote users seem to be having this issue but they are mainly
based round Europe.

What can I even start to check to see what's happening. I have a feeling
there's a drop in his connection or the round trip time is causing the
session to disconnect.

Any pointers on were to start. I thinking a trip to Miami although I
doubt that's going to fly!

Thanks

Ronnie
