If so, you can load the hive into regedt32, and do it there. If you mean actively, when the profile is in use, you could do it by login script. If you are happiest using reg files, you can use the '-' syntax to get rid of registry values / keys. You could do it using REG.EXE from the resource kit. Or scripting languages that can do it natively eg Kixtart.
