try going to administrative tools, Terminal Services Configuration and under
Server Settings change Permission Compatibility to Relaxed Security.

This solved a bunch of security crap for me on my test server.

Subject: [THIN] Registry in W2K3 MPXPE

I'm having a problem getting a 'regedit /s filename.reg' to merge into
the HKCU. I am getting an access denied. Any ideas where I need to
look to ease up the restrictions so that my logon scripts work
correctly?

Thanks,
