Use the following format in your batch file:

regedit /s regfile.reg

The /s signifies "silent" install mode...

Hope this helps.

Jim;
        Is there a way to make this transparent to the user? Right now it
pops up a message telling then a registry change has been made. I will get
a million calls about this if I implement it for the users.

You could use regedit and create a reg file and put it in a batch file
called from usrlogon.cmd to run for every users logon.

And I will have to change this individually for each user? No universal
change?
