It's not that simple. There's not a single registry value like "clock=1" or
"clock=0". It's actually a single bit in a value that needs to be toggled.
I've written a VB script that reads the value and toggles the relevent bits
(and only the relevent bits) involved in setting various taskbar options,
the clock's presence being one of them. I've posted a response to this
