Couldn't you put that into a group policy object? (not saying that I
know the structure of policy templates tho. ;)

Yeah, you would definitely want to use ifmember and do it based on group
membership in that case. I don't know why publishing the cpl doesn't
work, but I have never tried that, since using regini has always been
more efficient for my purposes.
