I think if you leave them a shortcut to the full program neighborhood,
that they can open that and it will drop in all the icons.  Then if you
lose you pn server, all they have to do is open program neighborhood to
get to their apps.
 
Not the most elegant solution but it keeps your users in business and is
cheap and simple.

Is there a way to have fail-over web interface for PNAgent?
 
Situation - 
 
5 server farm, plus separate server running the Web Interface admin
where PNAgent picks up all its config information.
 
If that separate server goes down for some reason, then so do the users
icons....
 
Any thoughts?
