Yes, I've checked and re-checked everything I can think of, I'll look =
again, Maybe I can find something with a fresh mind after the weekend.

No neither of us are using admin ID's. (I wish we were, would probably =
make this easier!)

Thanks for your help.

I saw this problem once before and thought the permissions were ok too ! =
Check again, that's all I can say - check the dir permissions and the =
share permissions ! =20

Finally, are you and the other user using admin id's ?

Well I've found out that despite my repeated emails/training/dire =3D
warnings about not saving files into the My Documents folder on our =3D
Citrix servers, users are doing it anyway. (We don't back up these =3D
servers regularly). So I decided to redirect them. I've created a =3D
directory called Personal on everyones home drive, and redirected My =3D
Documents via a group policy to that location. Easy enough, and it works =

for me and one other person. Everyone else gets the Failed to perform =

redirection of Folder My Documents error recored in the application log. =

(access is denied).

I can't find any difference (permissions wise) between the users that =
=3D
work and those who don't. The home drive is a linux server running =3D
SAMBA (is this a possible issue?). Does anyone have any idea of where =
=3D
else I can look for the problem? Thanks,
