Hi,

if you just need to forward a mail, create a users in your address book (where
the mail has to go to)
create a rule to forward all mails to that contact. this way it's in your own
hands.

grx
Rob

A new contact in AD is the same as a new account???

Exactly. If this were gong to be a permanent forward, then go with
creating a Contact within AD, and making the modification in the
        users AD object.

If not, then have the use the Out Of Office Assistant.

This is what we do here. We manage 4000 users in our Exchange 5.5
system, and no way will I ever setup an account for temporary
forwarding. That is what the Out Of Office Assistant is for.

What about the Out Of Office assistant in Outlook? Presumably they
are your emails and presumably you are not at work so you could use
the assistant to redirect all incoming mail to your pop account.
