These recommendations come from Citrix Tech Support.
NOTE: In the documentation for these hotfixes, it states that you
should put in msiexec /I XE103W2K016.MSI /q in the command line options.
THIS DOES NOT WORK. Just add the .msi file and publish it with no
transforms or command line options and you'll be ok.

I believe Citrix has a hotfix that addresses spooler issues. I had a
similar problem and that fixed it.

We have a Win2k TS server with Citrix XP1 FR3. For some reason the
spooler service is continuelly shutting down. Has anyone seen this
before? I don't see any errors in the eventvwr that would be causing
this.
