It all depends on how you want the interface to look and if you want to
embed/run some software locally. For example, if you only want a full screen
published desktop with minimal devices attached you might go with CE. If you
want to run local devices requiring XP drivers and want to launch from Web
Interface, use smooth roaming, etc  you might used Embedded XP....

Linux devices have the advantage of lower cost and a lot of local desktop
flexibility, but obviously don't run local Windows code....

What's the advantage of using XPe vs. CE or Linux?  It seems like the
clients have to have so much more resources (and are priced
accordingly)?

What is the benefit of having a native web browser on the thin client?
