It is a good practice to remove the server from Farm if you are able to
. Other wise we don't have any other option than deleting the entry from
CP Server Console...

Subject: [THIN] Rebuilding a Citrix Server

I recently had to rebuild a Citrix server in my 4.0 farm due to a
hardware failure. Normally I delete the server from the farm before
re-adding it but I didn't do that this time. I was surprised to find
that the server retained all of its published applications, the reboot
schedule and the fact that I had disabled logins before taking the box
down. Since I installed all of the applications as part of the re-build
there appear to be no application execution issues. This brings up a
few questions:

1 - Is it good practice to delete the existing server from the farm
before rebuilding the server?

2 - Will I encounter any problems with this server in Citrix because I
didn't delete it before re-adding it?
