If disabled during install the only way to re-enable is to re-install !
Basically when MFxp is installed, the level of shadow/remote control etc. that
you set during install if the absolute maximum that can be used, to get a
higher level you must reinstall.

That only allows you to either enable Shadowing with or without user prompt
or notification. That doesn't have any affect on whether or not you can
remote control a session.

Try under the Citrix Connection Configuration (the hamme r) on the
main
admin menu on the right hand side. Under Advanced at the bottom is
Shadowing.
You should be able to reserrect it there.

I have a server that has MF Xpe FR2 installed, and I believe that the Remote
Control functionality was disabled during installation. I think this
because we can shadow a user, but cannot control the session. Does anyone
know of any way to re-enable this without having to re-install MF again?
