[THIN] RES: 2 crashes within 10 minutes

I have this problem in 2 servers....in my case the problem is the memory.
When I replace the memory the problem do not occur again.

DELL 2300 2proc, 512 Memory, NT 4.0 TSE SP6 + hotfix for win32k.sys,
no CITRIX
Only HP LaserJet 4 drivers
The last 2 days the server has crashed a couple of times,
with a 0x0000050 (0xvalue, 0x01, 0x00, 0x00)
value is each time different.
Server has been stable for about 2 years.
when a crash happens, the system reboots and then within 10 minutes
it crashes again (meaning it looks like the 2nd crash is related with
the first one, then the server will be stable for a couple of hours,
and then this scenario happens again).
My feeling says it must be a hardware problem (disk, memory or video).
Has anyone seen this problem before.
Any comments/suggestions is very much appreciated.
