I was wondering if anyone has a trouble traking software in place. Kind of
a Help Desk. Let users put in problems, and fixes and such. Open/close
times/dates.... Just pretty basic stuff.
Looking for a very very low cost solution. Didn't say free, but Remedy is
WAY above what I want :)
