Are you also having an event id 1000 in the application event log? If so there is a hotfix (828153) you can get from Microsoft. Just to be sure, do this test first. Stop the print spooler service and logoff. (that's where the problem is) You shouldn't have any long logoff delays. If this solved the problem, then call Microsoft for the hotfix.
