[THIN] RDP-2003 Server

Just want to get my facts straight as we run Windows 2000 with Metaframe. 

With Windows 2003 server, if I setup a Terminal server NAT'd behind a
firewall and someone logs in remotely using RDP, is the all of the data
going across the wire completely unencrypted?
