[THIN] RDP faster than ICA?

Hi Folks,
I'm running W2K SP2 and XPe FR2. Our general usage shows that RDP is
faster than ICA. I made changes to some settings (Keepalives, etc) based
on the tweakcitrix tuning guide. Am I missing something? I thought ICA was
supposed to be faster.
