Microsoft (any flavour)            300 (and growing 80% Win2k 20% NT4.0)
(of these, Citrix any flavour)     8 ( all MF 1.8)

Workstations:
Fat client                         300+ ( totall workstations about
500-1000)
Thin client                        0

Sites:                             4

Staff:
Overall                            30
IT Section total                   30
Helpdesk (level 1)                 10
Support (level 2/3)                20
Admin (sysadmin, not your manager) 1 ( yes me!)
"Support" staff are also "admin"   Yes ( wasnt my choice)

And I'll add a line...                  
Customers                          18,000 and growing

I will add another Line: 
Anyone got a spare brain? Mine is all worn out. Either that or a spare RAM
upgrade without the frontal lobotomy.
