I have a problem app that I think is a shadow key issue. It seems like old user accounts are not getting some reg keys they need, while new user accounts are fine. My question is, can I simply delete the shadow key of the relivant app on all citrix boxes, reinstall the app in install mode, and that's it as far as recreating a shadow key? Will the reinstall of the app recreate the shadow key with todays date?
