[THIN] QuatroPro file read-only then file not found (W2k sp3 bug?)

I've run into a problem the last two weeks that I'm trying to track dow=
n.
I have WP 2002 Suite on a MS Terminal Server / Citrix server (3 of them=
actually).=A0 My users have started getting an error as follows:
Pop-up window: "The specified file is in use or marked as read only. Op=
en
file as read only?"
If they click Yes, then it will sometimes say that the file cannot be
found.
This error seems to be time sensitive.=A0 If the users waits 5 or so mi=
nutes,
then the file will sometimes open (and sometimes not). Sometimes it wil=
l
open just by trying it again.
The file is on a networked Samba server/share.=A0 The only change I can=
think
is that I installed Windows 2000 SP3 about a week before the error star=
ted
showing up.=A0 It's almost like there is a timeout that is being hit or=
an
open file limit that QP is seeing.=A0 I have only seen this error with =
QP.
Any ideas?
