[THIN] Publisher 2000

Tsw2k only, SP3 all patches, 1gig ram, 2-18gig scsi drives plenty of space.
Office 2k sr1a. All programs start except Publisher. Admin can run Publisher
but no one else. Error msg: [Not enough storage is available to complete this
operation]. Office is on D:. All users have read/exc rights. Temp files seem
to be working. C: pagefile is 5m, D: pagefile is 2500M. Something must have
happened with a patch. I have looked all over MS but no mention of this error.
Anyone had a similar problem?
