Thanks I shall give that a go.
You are correct, access to the app is set via group membership. However I
create the account several hours before the user logs on which should be
plenty of time for everything to synch.

Ensure that the PDc and BDC are in synch (using srvmgr force a synch
between the PDC and the BDC and /or vice versa) after addding the user
account. I am assuming that you are controlleing access to the pub apps
via group membership and not by users account (due to it is easier
administratively)
After you do the synch hit the Refresh button in PN and see if the pub
apps come up

I have two NT4 SP6 servers running Metaframe 1.8 SP2 with 75 users on
each getting a full NT4 window but connecting to Published apps on other
Metaframe servers.
Everything works fine for current users but when a new user logs on they
get the full desktop but when they open up Citrix Program Neighbourhood
no programs are listed. The next day when they logon the Published apps
appear.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Any help greatly appreciated.
