Where do you set it to remove icons? At the PN agent, Web Interface, or Citrix Admin Tool? I even log off the client and log back on, and the Icons still stay in the Start Menu. I've deleted the Published app. as well. I am using Win2k SP4 PS 3.0. _________________________________ Hector Minero NSWCDD Code K55 Ph: (540) 653-8859 Fax:(540) 653-8575 -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Schneider, Chad M Sent: Thursday, November 17, 2005 4:15 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Published apps not being removed from Start Menu Do you have it set to remove the icons as well? _____ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Minero, Hector B CIV K55 Sent: Thursday, November 17, 2005 2:42 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Published apps not being removed from Start Menu Hello all, I am publishing several apps to PN agent using PS 3.0. The shortcuts are placed in the user's Start Menu (also on a Citrix session). When I remove access to the published app. Or even remove it, the shortcut does not get deleted from the user's Start Menu. Has anyone seen this problem before? How do I fix it? I mean, I can write a script to remove the shortcuts from the user's Start Menu, but this is supposed to be automatic, right? _________________________________ Hector Minero NSWCDD Code K55 Ph: (540) 653-8859 Fax:(540) 653-8575
