Check for hung processes on for the users session....I ran into an issues
after installing Office 2003. It installs a file in C:\winnt\system32 named
WISTPIS.exe...If a user opens Adobe Acrobat this process would start
running, and when you close Acrobat, the pub app window would stay open
because WISTPIS was still running.

Subject: [THIN] Published apps hang on logout
For some reason as of late both of my Citrix servers (2000 SP3, MF XP FR1)
have started hanging on logout. When they try to log out the application
closes but they are left looking at a blank blue screen.
Anyone else had this?
