[THIN] Published app TWIMODE issue

I have customers who connect to a published application on a server in
another country via an ICA file. If the ICA has TWIMODE=ON set, they can
connect. If TWIMODE=OFF, or if it is missing out of the ICA file, the
connection responds with "The Citrix server you have selected can not be
located". This is the only difference between a working and non working ICA
file. This is a setting for remembering if Seamless is on or off and should
not affect connecting as far as I know.
Any clues?
